There are 3 different types of clear beads when combined created a variegated and vintage look to them.  The differences are slight, but each version of the clear is slightly unique for that person looking for that accurate old look.  Clear basket beads were often used in the rows between the shells on a dentalium cape.  These beads have not been available since the early 1900s.  They were sewn on baskets and used in chandeliers and repurposed into beaded tassels on bags and clothing in the Great Lakes region and used on bags, hawk drops, and women's capes on the Great Plains.  Teton is very proud to be offering this bead again.
